Although it is in its early stages, the idea is to replace harvesting meat from livestock with a process that eliminates the need for animal feed, transport, land use and the methane expelled by animals, which all hurt the environment, he said. The title for this post just writes itself... Unfortunately I can't choose:
- Eureka! I've discovered meat!
- Petri Pork
- Ham scam
- Mystery meat
- In the flesh
- Free the lab animals! Um. Well... they're not really animals, exactly.
- Mistaken bacon
- Brings new meaning to "going Dutch"
- Fake n Steak
Yes, I know it's weird. Just be thankful I didn't post pictures. I could have, you know.

Somehow the notion of pseudo-pork offends my feline proclivities. Ptui!
At the risk of sounding like an ass, there is a much easier way to be enviro-friendly - stop consuming animals, period. Fairly obvious and easy solution.
Hmm... which title to choose? I think I'll go for "Free the lab animals! Um. Well... they're not really animals, exactly."
