Don't we have a system that is essentially using the criminal justice system to do what the Jim Crow system did in the past? Isn't it just an extension?

I think the Jena Six case is being treated unfairly. With watching this clip, it seems that people seem to lose their voice or ignore what they believe is right to make the man in power happy. I think it's sad and I think more people need to go against the grain to see change. I also think that it's situations like this that make so many people dislike the justice system and give a bad name or image to those who really do rule fairly.
